Terms & Conditions – 92dad Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "92dad", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 92dad platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the 92dad website at https://92dad.net, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features accessible thereunder.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, slot, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive issued by 92dad to a User's Account.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 92dad Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 92dad is an 18+ platform. Creating an account while under 18 is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) creating an account for personal use only.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• 92dad reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
• If 92dad determines that a User is under 18 or has provided false information regarding their age or identity, 92dad will immediately suspend the Account, void all bets placed, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the 92dad Platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 92dad immediately at [email protected].

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination.

3.1 Account Currency

All 92dad Accounts operated by Pakistani users are denominated in PKR. Deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all processed in PKR. Where a User deposits via USDT (Tether), the amount is converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

92dad supports the following PKR deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and Account verification status.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 (or equivalent). Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 (or equivalent).
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly under normal conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are typically processed within 10–30 minutes during banking hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically completed within 20 minutes under normal operational conditions.
• 92dad reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
• Deposits made from a payment method belonging to a third party (i.e., not the registered Account holder) will be reversed and the Account may be suspended.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a Bet on the 92dad Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All Bets are final once confirmed. 92dad does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Bet after it has been submitted and acknowledged by the Platform.
• Odds, game outcomes, and payouts are governed by the specific rules of each product. Cricket betting markets are governed by cricket betting rules published on the Platform. Casino games are governed by the respective game rules provided by the software provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the integrity of a Bet or game outcome, 92dad reserves the right to void the affected Bets and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts. 92dad shall not be liable for any consequential loss resulting from such technical issues.
• Any Bet placed on the outcome of an event in which the User is a participant (match-fixing, insider betting) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers issued by 92dad are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. General bonus terms applicable across all promotions include:

• Bonuses are issued to verified Accounts only. Bonuses credited to accounts with outstanding verification requirements may be withheld until verification is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts. Multiple Accounts created to claim the same promotion will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential Account suspension.
• 92dad reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, subject to honouring Bonuses already credited to Accounts where wagering is in progress.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92dad Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, legal action:

• Accessing the Platform while under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate basis.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Money laundering or any use of the Platform to facilitate illegal financial activity.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 92dad staff or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92dad Platform — including but not limited to the 92dad name, logo, game content, text, graphics, interface design, and software — is the intellectual property of 92dad or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from 92dad.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dad shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 92dad's reasonable control.
• Financial losses arising from your Bets and gaming activity — including losses attributable to the mathematical house edge inherent in casino games.
• Any harm arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local laws.

92dad's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

92dad collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Pakistani users should note that data may be processed on servers located outside Pakistan as part of 92dad's international infrastructure.

11. Responsible Gaming

92dad is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to all Account holders: deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools can be accessed through your Account settings at any time.

12. Suspension & Termination

92dad reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion, including where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• 92dad has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The User has failed to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Continuation of the Account would expose 92dad to legal or regulatory risk.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 92dad's discretion following completion of any outstanding verification and investigation procedures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92dad's operating entity is registered. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Pakistani users acknowledge that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before accessing the Platform.

14. Amendments

92dad reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact details held on their Account with a minimum of 14 days' notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
